Perceptions of the technicians of a project: a systematization of experiences in southern Tolima

Abstract

The objective of this study was to carry out a systematization of perceptions from the experiences and opinions of the technicians of the project "Implementation and facilitation of innovation processes in competitive livestock areas in the department of Tolima", which was carried out through the research framework of qualitative type. The study conducted an analysis approach for the profiles and work experience of the five extension workers who were part of the southern zone, who at a worktable expressed their opinions from the experience lived in the field. This paper developed an evaluation of various aspects of the project executed, such as the execution times, salary allocation and methodology used for the technology transfer of the five components of the project. According to the experience, conclusions point that it is of great importance to carry out a good personnel selection process that will be part of a project both in rural extension and in the transfer of technology, which will determine its success, and constitutes a fundamental process to guarantee the permanence of the projects in the future.
