Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

2. - Checklist (Checking this checklist will allow authors to know if their research article is ready to be submitted for evaluation in Edu-fisica.com: Journal of Applied Sport Sciences).

   1. RULES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES TO EDU-FISICA.COM: JOURNAL
OF APPLIED SPORT SCIENCES.

1. The articles must be original unpublished articles that have not been published, with the
 exception of translations or articles of great relevance published in journals that are difficult
 to access in the field.

2. Articles must include the following sections:

-On the first page: Title, author(s), should appear below the title in bold type (Times New
Roman size 12), in order of importance or alphabetical order of surnames and the initial of
 the first name (EJ: López Martínez, Julián). Below the authors will appear, in size 10 font,
their e-mail addresses. They should include their professional title and their work centre or
institution, country where they are located. Author's e-mail address for correspondence.

- Centered sentence-type title (maximum 15 words) in Spanish and English or Portuguese.

-Articles must have an abstract, in the original language and in English, composed of the following sections: Introduction, objective, materials and methods, results, conclusions and bibliography, (according to APA standards), with a maximum length of 250 words.

-Key words: include 3 to 6 exact descriptors from DeCS Bireme of DeCS Bireme of DeCS Bireme http://decs.bvs.br/

-Articles will be sent with txt, doc or docx extensions. Articles including mathematical expressions should be submitted in tex; images in jpg or jpeg, png or gif format; tables and graphs in xls or doc extensions; if chemical structures are included we ask you to use
 Acdlabs or Chemdraw.

3. The total number of tables and figures or images allowed in the article is four (4).

4. All images, tables and graphs must be sent with their corresponding captions and
 indications of where they are located.

5. The articles will have a maximum length of 20 pages, in letter size, 1.5 spaced. If the sections are numbered, the UNE standards will be used (1 / 1.1.1 / 1.1.1 / 1.1.1.1 / 2 / 2.1.1 / 2.1.1 etc.). Text in Word format, Times New Roman 12 font, with 3 cm. margins on each side. Spanish title in green and red title in English Times New Roman 14. All pages should be numbered on the bottom centred edge, including the first page.

6. Articles written in Spanish, English, Portuguese or French will be accepted, although translations into other languages are welcome. The title,abstract and keywords must appear in Spanish and English.

7. All articles will be subjected to a preliminary review by the Editorial Committee in which they will be analyzed for compliance with the publication and peer review policies under the following evaluation criteria: originality, clarity and coherence, interest,relevance and importance of the subject matter, scientific level, level of conceptualization and contributions to scientific training.

8. Articles may be submitted to an ethics committee as appropriate.

9. Articles must be sent via the journal management platform OJS, through the link http://revistas.ut.edu.co/index.php/edufisica/index or to the journal's e-mail address:
